  • Heavy square tube posts have welded rebar protrusions to grab into our overkill concrete base.

  • We only use sealed ball bearing, adjustable hinges that are rated for 3000lb per pair for our swing gates.

  • We use various commercial grade hardware for our cantilever slide gates.

Access Control Features

  • We use only commercial grade openers to give years of trouble free service. Home Depot grade openers won’t survive our wind and snow pressures.

  • Various secure options for keypad access, Wiegand magnetic card access, visor and keychain transmitter access.

  • Electric strike options. electronic keypad entry locks for pedestrian pass gates.

  • UL 325 and ASTM F2200 compliant gate safety equipment.

  • We only use dual beam photo-eyes because they give better reliability for our Colorado weather environment of harsh sun at low level to horizon.

Security Based Optional Accessories

  • We offer many options to increase security and convenience of your entry gate system.

  • Exit sensors can open the gate automatically when you leave. With an exit sensor, you can have an automatic timed close when you open your gate.

  • Various infrared and microwave sensor options can “see” a vehicle and can prevent gate from closing.

  • Wireless internet bridge can bring internet connectivity to the gate and allow for video call box, security cameras and other sensors to give you real time ability to know who is at your gate.

  • Smartphone applications allow you to interact visually and verbally with visitors and open the gate anywhere when you have internet access.

  • Driveway sensors can detect vehicle presence or absence.

  • Video callboxes with no monthly service plans. One time cost for basic equipment only.
